We’ve introduced a new feature that standardises the monitoring provision type for early SEN identification in Arbor. This helps ensure consistent SEN data for reporting and filtering.
***
Available to: All users with Arbor schools in Assembly
What’s new?
New Monitoring provision type for SEN tracking:
We’ve added and standardised the Monitoring provision type for proactive SEN identification in Arbor. Pupils marked as Monitoring in Arbor will now map to N in Assembly’s SEND reporting.
Updated reports:
This update applies to
  • Characteristics > SEND

Key Benefit(s)
This ensures consistent SEN data across reports for better accuracy and insight.
We’ve improved how pupil demographic data is displayed across academic years, ensuring reports are more accurate and reliable. This update ensures that characteristics such as Pupil Premium, FSM, and EAL are correctly tied to the academic year shown in all reports.
What's New?
Accurate group history in reports
: Reports now link pupils to the correct academic year based on their group membership enrolment history. This means demographic data like Pupil Premium, FSM, and EAL is accurately associated with the year displayed.
Improved Characteristics report
: The Characteristics report has been enhanced to reflect these changes, alongside the new feature that lets you toggle between past academic years.
Updates across all demographic reports
: We’ve also updated all other reports that display pupil demographic data for the selected academic year, resolving previous inconsistencies for better data accuracy.
Key Benefit(s):
  • Get a clear and reliable view of key characteristics like Pupil Premium, FSM, and EAL across past academic years.
  • Confidently analyse trends and make informed decisions based on consistent data.
This release is an improvement to include default national benchmarking in more reports, ensuring continuity and a standardised approach across the Assembly platform.
What’s new?

This update applies to the following reports:
  • Characteristics
  • Attendance
  • Exclusions
  • End of Key Stage (EoKS)
Key Benefit(s):
This update provides a consistent view across all reports, improving clarity and making it easier to compare data confidently and accurately.
Our goal is to have a standardised approach across all reports on the Assembly platform. This update brings CPOMS in line with the same filter logic used on other reports, ensuring consistency across reporting.
What's New?
The
enrolment status filter,
