When the LA/MAT creates a form (for example sometimes with attachments), we'd like headteachers to approve it before it's sent to parents. We need a way to route forms for sign-off -attachments included - before they go out.

Just to add onto this. Local Authority Groupcall accounts should have the functionality to setup and distribute forms across their school estate.
