Time it takes for recipient to receive Message

When sending a message either email or text it says that it is sent immediately, this is not the case. The old system when sending a message arrived literally immediately. Now when sending a text/email it can take upto 30 mins for the recipient to receive it!

I have sent a message to my staff at 16.11 this evening on T2P - a colleague replied to my message, but privately to my personal phone at 16.20 and when I checked on T2P to make sure everyone had got the message at 17.15 it said all messages were 'Still pending' so it does not always state a true fact.

Important message sent on Friday at 1:20 the recipients didn't receive the message until 2:05 and that was only because I made a call to find out why it hadn't gone!
