Prior to the platform change we were able to toggle on and off the ability for parents to respond to a text - we used this often if trying to gain consent for something. This ability has now been taken away from us and we have to contact support for you to do this - which in itself is a mammoth task getting through to you or getting someone to respond within an acceptable timeframe. Please give this back to us - as it seems to me that the progress to a new platform is a backward step.
