I would like to request the introduction of a feature within School Money that allows schools to set up a full year’s worth of wraparound care provision payments and have them archived in advance.

Having the ability to prepare these payments ahead of time and store them in an archived state would significantly improve efficiency, reduce administrative workload, and support better long-term planning. It would also ensure a smoother experience for both staff and parents by enabling payments to be released quickly and accurately when needed.

The option to easily unarchive and activate these payments at the appropriate time would provide valuable flexibility, helping schools manage their processes more effectively throughout the academic year.
