Standard Product Payment Report (50) issue with reporting unpaid audience members

The standard product payment report (50) does not show external account types in the section at the bottom - The following Students are eligible to purchase this product, but have not yet done so.
It would be a great help for this report to show all audience group members who have not yet paid and is currently providing incomplete data which can be misleading.
