To support parents in managing school payments by providing tools and reminders, specifically focused on topping up cashless catering balances.
Overview:
We will introduce reminder notifications and intuitive tools within WisePay to help parents stay on top of their payments for Cashless Catering.
Parents will receive timely reminders when it’s time to top up their accounts, ensuring they never miss a payment.
This feature will improve financial management for parents, making it easier to ensure their children have access to essential services without disruptions.

Auto Reminder for instalments

When we set up a trip or event which can be paid in instalments, the system should know when the next instalment is due and how much, so it would be helpful if it could send out auto-reminders to parents. It would also be good if the system could "chase" outstanding/overdue payments - saving time having to do this manually.

Thank you for your feedback, Hilary, it’s genuinely appreciated. We're currently working on push notifications within the Eduspot timeline for WisePay. Once that foundation is in place, requests like yours will absolutely be considered as we continue enhancing Eduspot for both parents and schools.

We would love auto top up for our parents. This would save everyone so much time and effort. It has been on the roadmap for a long time now so we are hoping it's nearing the top of the list!
