The Goal: Enable schools to share additional pupil-related information with parents, carers and support workers.
Overview:
We’re developing a plugin that will make it easier for schools to share additional information with parents, carers, and support workers right inside the Eduspot app.
Currently, we are gathering feedback to understand which data and features schools want to share and what parents find most useful.
Initially these information will be available:
  • Detention details, including time and duration, so parents can plan pick-up
  • Slip history, showing slip name, subject, period, and points
  • Letter history, view new and past reports
  • Student 360 dashboard, a simple analytics view with key behaviour, attendance, and assessment data
  • Individual slip sharing – schools could share specific slip records with parents, with an option for parent comments or sign-off
Key Highlights:
  • On demand access to more information for parents/carers
  • Lightweight parental analytics
