Almost every text message that we send is required to be sent to both pupil contacts. At the moment the default is send to first contact only. Whoever is sending the message needs to select send to both. It would be helpful for us to be able to change the default to send to both contacts to guarantee both sets of parents receive the information being sent out. Is this something that can be added to the system and if so could this please be implemented onto our account.

Please allow us to expand list of students in each individual class to check names as opposed to having to either add a full class to communications or review the entire school worth of students to find an individual.

I should like to say that I find this new platform incredibly slow in sending messages and emails. I find on a very regular basis that a message arrives 10mins or so after it has been sent and the same with emails. Texting is meant to be an immediate communication to parents but this is not proving to be the case.

Why when I do a group in the text service does it take so long to appear in the forms part. I've tried doing a re-sync but it still takes a lot longer than the old system to update. This never used to happen it was instant, it delays getting work done.

It would be really helpful if we could be able to add the teachers and any other staff member manually and link them with the classes they teach. At the moment you have to create the whole new group which is really time consuming.

The old system left the original message in the box which was useful to allow you to go back and tweak it and resend to different people if needed, rather than having to copy and paste it back in to make minor adjustments before resending.

It would be very useful for scheduled messages to be re editable once they have been saved - incase of any adjustments or to allow to add new or remove recipients. Also when you have cherry picked people this prevents having to redo them all - very time consuming

Hi Is there a feature to set up repeat text messages once a week eg every Sunday for the whole school year instead of having to do these manually every week ?

It would be helpful when selecting children to either text or email that you can select children in year group/form AND alphabetical order. It currently only allows you to select alphabetically OR yr group/form and when you have a large number of children to select to send a email to this is VERY time consuming as when selecting yr group/form it is no longer in alphabetical order (it is in any order it feels like). This is the same when creating a group.
